Production turnaround

Standard production time is 3–5 business days from order placement and artwork approval. Most orders are dispatched within this window. The clock starts the moment you finalise your design and approve your proof (where one is required).

Where we deliver

We deliver Australia-wide, including metropolitan, regional, and remote areas. International deliveries are by exception only — contact us for an individual quote.

Shipping methods & carriers

We use the most reliable carriers available so your order arrives in mint condition:

The exact carrier is selected automatically based on parcel size, weight, and your delivery postcode. You'll see the carrier and delivery method on your dispatch email.

Shipping rates

Most small orders ship under our flat-rate structure; larger or heavier orders are quoted live at checkout using current Australia Post rates.

Rates above are indicative for typical orders. Final shipping cost is shown at checkout based on your delivery postcode and order weight.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we email you the tracking number and a link to follow it through to delivery. You can also see live status on your My Orders page when signed in.

Pickup orders trigger an SMS or call when they're ready to collect.

Insurance

Standard delivery is not insured. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we cannot replace it free of charge unless you opted in to transit insurance at checkout. Transit insurance is available for a small additional fee — we strongly recommend it for high-value, urgent, or critical orders.

If you've selected transit insurance and your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we'll replace it as a priority.

Delivery to homes & apartments

Yes, we deliver to residential addresses — Express Post only for residential delivery, since these services attempt re-delivery and offer secure tracking. We always recommend delivery to a business address where someone can sign for the parcel.

Delays beyond our control

While we hit our turnaround times the vast majority of the time, factors outside our control — carrier delays, weather events, public holidays, supplier shortages — can extend delivery times. If your order is delayed once it's left our factory, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number, or reach out to us and we'll help.

International orders

We mostly only accept orders for delivery within Australia. If you need international shipping, email info@etchly.com.au with your requirements and destination — we'll see what we can do. Charges depend on Australia Post's international rates and won't fall under the standard flat-rate structure. If you have your own international carrier (TNT, DHL, FedEx) we can ship using your account.
